Global Social Prescribing Champions

The Global Social Prescribing Champion Scheme has been created to enable medical students - the generation of today, and the future doctors of tomorrow to get involved in learning about, teaching, and promoting Social Prescribing worldwide and to support the UN sustainable development goals

This peer-assisted learning model represents a simple and sustainable method to educate and raise awareness of social prescribing and social determinants of health among current medical students and tomorrow’s doctors. Four specific aims are developed for student champions representing medical schools
